New Street, Burlington
Welcome to our New Street project. When we arrived on site, the home was defined by closed off spaces and dated, builder grade finishes. From the kitchen to the staircase and throughout the interior, it was clear a full update was needed to bring the home in line with modern living. By removing multiple loadbearing walls and installing a flush mount steel beam spanning the full width of the home, we transformed this dated 1980s floorplan into an open, cohesive space. The front entrance now flows seamlessly into the vaulted ceiling, uninterrupted by bulkheads. We also replaced the original narrow corner winder staircase with a properly proportioned design that better suits the home. Clean lines and a neutral color palette were used throughout, resulting in a warm, inviting space designed to comfortably host family and guests alike.
Federal Street, Stoney Creek
Welcome to our Federal Street project. A fully custom 4,000 sq. ft. modern home built from the ground up. Thoughtful details define the space, from the mono stringer staircase with integrated LED lighting to the refined ceiling details separating the kitchen and living areas.
The kitchen features high end built in appliances and a striking 16-foot waterfall island designed for both function and entertaining. A 17-foot two storey window and skylight flood the second floor with natural light. Each bedroom includes a walk-in closet and private ensuite, while the primary suite offers a spa inspired bathroom with floor to ceiling tile, curbless shower, and soaker tub.
The finished basement includes a separate entrance in-law suite with a full kitchen, laundry, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, completing a home built with precision, modern design, and lasting value.
Hackney Court, Ancaster
Welcome to our Hackney Court project. What began as a single upstairs bathroom renovation quickly evolved into a full main floor transformation after the homeowners saw the level of workmanship. The custom master ensuite is a true showpiece, featuring a black tile border, custom double vanity, soaker tub, and a large format shower designed seamlessly into the room’s angles finished with a mini chandelier over the tub. At the same time, we renovated the entire main floor, installing new walnut hardwood from Craft Flooring and a custom white kitchen tailored to the room’s unique layout, creating a cohesive and elevated space throughout.
Prestige Drive, Stoney Creek
Welcome to our Prestige Drive project. What was once a dingy deck is now a true extension of the home designed for year round living. This space features composite decking, a pine tongue & groove ceiling and exterior MDF details, elevating it far beyond a standard deck. Beyond the covered area is a dedicated seating zone that surrounds a fire table, creating a natural gathering place in every season. Anchoring the space is a large swim spa, making this outdoor living area the ultimate four season retreat.
Thoroughbred Drive, Ancaster
Welcome to our Thoroughbred drive Project. When we first stepped into this home, the living, dining, and kitchen areas felt closed off and disconnected. By installing a large steel beam, we were able to open the entire space, creating a seamless layout designed for everyday living and entertaining. Dark green cabinetry paired with crisp white quartz countertops brings contrast and depth, while clean lines and thoughtful details make this kitchen stand out from every angle.
